1. Return and refund policy

Naïma Digital Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital products and online learning access sold by Lemillion LLC, trading as Naïma.

Digital sales are final

Once your digital files or purchased access have been provided, the sale is final. We do not offer discretionary returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, lack of use, personal preference, or purchasing an item you no longer want, except where applicable law or an express promise made at purchase requires otherwise. Please review the product description, included content, format and access requirements before ordering.

Delivery or product problems

If your files are missing, your access does not work, you receive the wrong product, the product is defective or materially different from its description, or you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact lemillionsales@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide the correction, access assistance or remedy required in the circumstances. This final-sale policy does not remove rights to a replacement, repair, price reduction, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Cancellation rights

Where the law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right, it remains available unless the legal requirements for ending that right have been met. Merely buying a digital product or accepting this policy does not, by itself, waive a statutory cancellation right.

Earlier purchases and express guarantees

This policy applies prospectively. It does not reduce refund rights or express guarantees that applied when an earlier order was placed. Any product-specific guarantee expressly offered at the time of purchase remains subject to its applicable terms.
