Naima – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every Primrose purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item meets the criteria below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and unopened

In original packaging

Returned within 30 days of delivery

Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase
Used or opened beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless covered under a specific satisfaction guarantee.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.
Primrose can provide a prepaid return label upon request.
The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This fee covers:

The restocking fee is automatically deducted from the refund amount.

Tracking Requirements
A tracking number is required for all returns.
Refunds cannot be issued until the return is received and verified at our facility.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Your bank or card issuer may take an additional up to 10 business days to post the refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping fees, priority processing fees, and return label costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same rules as returns.
Once the returned item is received and approved, we can ship a replacement or issue store credit.
Final Sale Items
We currently do not classify any items as final sale.
All products follow the 30-day return window unless otherwise noted.
Naima USCIS Civics Test Pass Guarantee

This guarantee is offered by Lemillion LLC, doing business as Naima (“Naima,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Naima is an independent study-material provider. Lemillion LLC and Naima are not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or sponsored by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any other government agency.
Our cards are designed to support organized and efficient study. Individual results vary. Purchasing or using our cards does not guarantee naturalization, approval of Form N-400, or success on any portion of the naturalization test other than the limited refund eligibility described below.
Covered Product
This Pass Guarantee applies only to the:
Naima 2026 USCIS Civics Study Cards — 128-Card English and Spanish Edition
Purchases from unauthorized sellers and products not expressly identified as eligible are not covered.
What the Pass Guarantee Covers
Use the eligible cards for your USCIS civics-test preparation. If you do not pass the civics portion after completing the testing opportunities USCIS provides for that naturalization application—including the initial test and, when offered, the USCIS retest—you may request a refund of the purchase price, subject to this policy.
If you pass the civics portion on either the initial test or the retest, the Pass Guarantee has been fulfilled and no guarantee refund is due.
You do not qualify for a guarantee refund merely because you did not pass the initial test when USCIS gives you another opportunity to take the civics test. You must attend and complete the retest offered by USCIS before requesting the refund, unless USCIS issues a final result without offering a retest.
What Is Not Covered
The Pass Guarantee does not cover:

The English speaking, reading, or writing portions of the naturalization test;

Denial, delay, withdrawal, abandonment, or cancellation of a naturalization application;

Failure to appear for an interview or retest;
-
Refusal to complete an available test or retest;
-
An interview at which USCIS does not administer the civics test;
-
A result caused by conduct, identity documentation, criminal history, tax history, residency history, or another naturalization-eligibility issue;
-
Practice tests or tests administered by anyone other than USCIS;
-
A test version not addressed by the purchased card edition;
-
USCIS filing fees, legal fees, tutoring, transportation, translation, lost wages, or other third-party expenses; or
-
Shipping and expedited-processing charges, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, all of the following must be true:

You purchased the eligible cards directly from Naima before your initial USCIS civics test.
-
The test taker is the purchaser or was identified as the intended user when the order was placed or registered.
-
The initial USCIS civics test occurred within 180 calendar days after delivery of the cards.
-
You attended and completed the initial civics test and any retest USCIS offered for the same naturalization application.
-
You used the USCIS test version addressed by the eligible 2026 card edition.
-
After the initial test and applicable retest, USCIS’s official result shows that you still did not pass the civics portion.

You submit the initial refund request within 14 calendar days after the date of the retest result or USCIS’s final notice that no further test opportunity will be provided.
-
The order has not already been refunded, credited, disputed, or charged back.
The guarantee may be claimed only once per test taker and once per eligible order. It is not transferable.
Required Documentation
Your request must include:

Your Naima order number or purchase receipt;
-
The purchaser’s full name and email address;
-
The test taker’s full name, if different;
-
A clear copy or photograph of the official USCIS result notice from the initial test;
-
A clear copy or photograph of the official USCIS result notice from the retest, when a retest was offered;
-
If no retest was offered, the USCIS notice showing the final result or disposition;
-
Documents showing the test taker’s name, relevant test dates, and an unsuccessful result for the civics portion; and
-
A signed statement confirming that the documents are genuine, the testing opportunities described above were completed, and the submitted information is accurate.
The relevant result document may be Form N-652 or another official USCIS notice identifying the civics-test result.
You may cover your Alien Registration Number, USCIS Online Account Number, address, date of birth, and unrelated immigration information. Do not send a Social Security number, passport, Permanent Resident Card, complete Form N-400, medical records, or unrelated documents.
Naima may request a clearer copy or limited clarification if information is incomplete, illegible, inconsistent, altered, or cannot reasonably be matched to the order. Altered, fabricated, stolen, or materially misleading documentation makes the request ineligible.

The submission deadline is satisfied when we receive your initial email, provided you provide reasonably requested missing information within seven calendar days.
Review and Refund Timing
Naima will ordinarily review a complete request within five business days.
If approved, we will issue the amount paid for the eligible cards to the original payment method within five to seven business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Because verification and payment processing take time, this offer should not be described as an “instant refund.” A clearer product-page title is:

Privacy
Submitted documents will be used only to verify eligibility, prevent fraudulent or duplicate claims, process the refund, and meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, or payment-processing requirements.
Access will be limited to individuals and service providers who reasonably need the information for those purposes. Verification documents will be securely deleted when no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
The version of the guarantee displayed when the eligible product is purchased applies to that purchase. A later change will not reduce the protection associated with an earlier purchase.
