Digital products

Our current offers are digital. No physical item is shipped for a digital-only purchase, and physical shipping charges, tracking, shipping protection and carrier delivery estimates do not apply.

How you receive your purchase

Delivery may be through a download link, email instructions or access through our website, as described on the product page. Access is provided after successful payment and any applicable order verification. Use the email address entered at checkout, and follow the instructions provided for your purchase. Products sold separately are not included unless your order expressly lists them.

Access requirements and duration

Check the product description for file formats, supported features, internet or account requirements, and any stated access period. Downloadable files require compatible software. Website-based features require a compatible browser and an internet connection. The access duration, included updates and other entitlements are those expressly stated for the product when you purchase it; this policy does not add a promise of lifetime hosting, ongoing updates or access to future products.

Missing email or access problems

Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you are signing in with the purchase email address. If you still need help, email lemillionsales@gmail.com with your order number and a description or screenshot of the issue. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.

Refunds and existing orders

See our Digital Returns & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Any physical or other earlier order remains governed by the delivery promises made when it was purchased.
