Naima Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Primrose. Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship, how long delivery takes, and what to expect once your order is placed.


Processing Times

  • All orders placed on our website are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • If you purchased Priority Processing (Same-Day Dispatch), your order will be sent out the same business day.

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, you may do so within 12 hours, as long as Priority Processing was not selected. After this window, the order is locked for fulfillment.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $50 USD.

  • Orders under $50 ship at standard carrier rates shown at checkout.


Shipping Times (USA Only)

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

To stay transparent and avoid false expectations, our official delivery window is:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–18 business days after dispatch
    (Most customers receive their package in 6–15 days, but we allow extra buffer for carrier delays.)

All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.


Shipping From

Primrose ships primarily from our international fulfillment center located near our manufacturing partner in Asia.
Depending on stock levels, occasional orders may ship from alternate facilities.


Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not able to:

  • Replace, refund, or re-ship packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Redirect packages once they are in transit


Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control.

If your package is marked Delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building office

  2. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers often mark early)

  3. Contact your local USPS office and open a claim

Primrose does not issue refunds for orders scanned as Delivered.


Returns & Refunds

We do accept returns, but the following conditions apply:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Primrose

  • A return label can be provided and will be deducted from your refund

  • Products must be returned in original condition unless covered under our satisfaction guarantee

  • Additional administrative or restocking fees may apply depending on the condition of the returned item(s)

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Primrose is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees charged by your local government.
These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.


Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Priority Processing fees

  • Return shipping and label fees
