Naima – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every Primrose purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item meets the criteria below.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase

Used or opened beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless covered under a specific satisfaction guarantee.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.

Primrose can provide a prepaid return label upon request.
The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This fee covers:

  • Quality inspection

  • Packaging replacement

  • Handling and processing

The restocking fee is automatically deducted from the refund amount.

You’ll receive return instructions and an optional prepaid label.


Tracking Requirements

A tracking number is required for all returns.
Refunds cannot be issued until the return is received and verified at our facility.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional up to 10 business days to post the refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping fees, priority processing fees, and return label costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same rules as returns.
Once the returned item is received and approved, we can ship a replacement or issue store credit.


Final Sale Items

We currently do not classify any items as final sale.
All products follow the 30-day return window unless otherwise noted.
